Set of 5 Silicone Blending Tools – 3 mm tip
This set includes five tools with soft silicone tips for smoothing small surfaces, refining joins, and minimizing marks left during modeling.
The 3 mm diameter allows for precise work in crevices, around raised details, or on the intricate parts of a small piece. The flexible tip gently moves material without creating the sharp incision of a metal tool.
The five tools have the same format and can be used with different materials, kept as replacements, or used successively during a work session.
INFORMATION
These tools are designed for localized touch-ups that require more gentleness than a wire loop tool or a rigid spatula: connections between two elements, small irregularities, rounded edges, or details difficult to reach with a finger.
The soft tip can push, smooth, or move a small amount of material. It does not remove clay like a cutting tool, making it particularly suitable for gradual finishing.
The result depends on the consistency of the material. A surface that is too wet may stick to the tip, while material that is already dry will be too firm to be corrected cleanly.

USE & CARE
Use the tip with small circular movements or short strokes, without applying excessive pressure. For a join, start around the assembled area and gradually move the material towards the connection.
Clean the tip immediately after use with a damp cloth or clear water. Do not let residue dry on the silicone and avoid solvents that may damage the tip.
Store the tools flat or with the tip facing up to prevent deforming the silicone over a long period.

To blend a join without flattening adjacent volumes, hold the tool almost parallel to the surface. The side of the tip smooths more gently than its end.
