Calligraphy dip pen with 5 interchangeable nibs
This dip pen comes with five interchangeable nibs for writing, drawing, and working on ink details.
The different nib shapes allow you to vary your line work with the same holder: fine lines, outlines, hatching, lettering, and illustrative details.
The nib is dipped directly into the ink and then reloaded as you work. The result depends on the chosen nib, its angle, the pressure applied, and the paper used.
INFORMATION
Unlike a fountain pen, a dip pen has no reservoir. The nib retains a small amount of ink after each dip and must be reloaded regularly.
Not all nibs behave the same way. Their shape alters the line width, the amount of ink deposited, and how the nib glides on the paper.

USE & CARE
Insert the chosen nib firmly into the holder, then dip only its lower part into the ink. Remove excess ink before your first stroke to avoid a large drip.
Do not press hard on a nib that resists: some nibs are designed to remain relatively rigid and do not produce line variation through flexion.
After use, rinse the nibs before the ink dries in the slits, then dry them thoroughly before storage.

To compare the sharpness and diffusion of the line on different levels of absorption, use artisanal Xuan paper – untreated, semi-treated, or treated .
