Squirrel hair holds a significant amount of water and color, then gradually releases it onto the paper. The brush is suitable for fluid techniques that require a smooth application, without leaving the firm stroke of a rigid synthetic fiber.
Two sizes are available: size 8 for intermediate formats, outlines, and localized washes; size 12 for solid areas, backgrounds, and larger surfaces.

USE & MAINTENANCE
Completely moisten the tuft before loading the brush with color. Gently remove excess water on the edge of the palette or on a cloth, without crushing the bristles.
Use the wide part of the tuft to apply a wash or cover a surface. Then orient the brush on its angle to obtain a narrower line, mark a border, or work on a detail.
After use, rinse the bristles with clean water until all color is gone. Gently reshape the tuft to its original form, then let the brush dry flat.
Do not leave the brush soaking in water for extended periods and do not store it while still wet in a case or closed container.
